LED Reliability Test (22 pieces LEDs)
① Temperature 85℃ and humidity 85%RH 168 hours storage, “0” failure.;
② Reflow soldering the samples at the max temperature 260 for 3 times, “0” failure.;
③ Outdoor samples -65℃ ~ +150℃ temperature cycling test 1000 times “0” failure;
Indoor samples -40℃ ~ +120℃ temperature cycling test 500 times “0” failure.

Aging Test

Lighting the LEDs for 1000 hours at temperature 25°C, humidity 50% RH, and IF=15mA resulted in a brightness attenuation of ≤5%.

Anti-UV Test

Anti-UV Test (22 pieces LEDs)
According to GB/T 16422.2-1999, irradiate the samples by a light intensity 0.55KW/m² halogen lamp at the condition of temperature 63℃, humidity 50%RH for 500 hours, the result is a brightness attenuation of≤10%.

Salt Spray Test (Sample number: 1pcs module)
Spray the LED Module with 5% Nacl2 salt solution for 500 hours, solution PH 6.5-7.2, at temperature 35℃, sedimentation rate in 1-3ml/80cm²/H, settlement in 1-2ml/80cm²/H, result no LED dead.
